Add more programs/sports for kids aged 2-5.

The pool is beyond repair and will be removed. When the park was built they did not seek a referendum to generate funds to maintain the pool so it degenerated due to disrepair and lack of funds to maintain it. Pools loss money every year and the park in not in a financial position to support one. We are seeking individuals to offer a wide array of programming including 2-5 year olds.
