Senior Activities

SENIOR MORNING WORKOUT – A wide range of
exercises and fun routines are incorporated with the unique needs of
seniors in mind. The primary focus is on functional strength and
stability as well as basic cardio endurance. All levels are welcome and
many modifications are provided. NO CLASS (May 25)
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 9:00-9:45 am (Ongoing monthly)
Cost: R $60, NR $85 monthly

SENIOR MORNING WORKOUT & CHAIR FITNESS VIA ZOOM!!! -Now, from the comfort of your home, you can join via zoom. This option is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to go out in the ice and snow or struggles to get out of their house for fitness class. Our fitness instructor, Emily, will meet with you prior to your first class to make sure your Zoom is configured properly and that you have everything you’ll need for the class. This will be a live class so home students can ask questions.

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 9:00-9:45 am (Ongoing monthly)

Cost: R $45, NR $65 monthly NO CLASS (Sept. 1, Nov. 28, Dec. 24)

SENIOR CHAIR FITNESS – This gentle stretch class is perfect for anyone unable to get on the floor for a traditional yoga class. Through a combination of seated & standing poses you will stretch & strengthen muscles & joints, improve balance and feel better. All standing poses have seated modifications for those unable to stand.

Ages: Adults of all ages (No Class Nov. 27 & Dec. 25)

Days: Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00-9:45 am

Dates: Ongoing monthly activity
