Indian Oaks Park: located at 825 Indian Oaks Trail – Open from dawn to dusk – Nature trails, basketball courts, sledding, playgrounds, volleyball courts, disc golf
Rentals: The Marengo Park District is pleased to make available to the following spaces for rent at Indian Oaks Park. The spaces can be used for events such as birthday parties, showers, reunions and meetings.

Rentals are based on a two hour minimum with a $200.00 refundable deposit. All rental agreements are confirmed only with a completed rental application and all fees paid in full at least one week in advance of the rental date. Park District rooms are perfect for Holiday parties, Birthdays, Weddings, Baby Showers, Reunions, Meetings or large groups. Extended hours are available based on availability for an additional fee. Rentals include tables, chairs, set up and taking down tables and chairs.
Nature Center Room (max 70 people)
Resident: $50 per hour. Non-Resident: $50 per hour. Not-for-Profit Resident: No charge during regular business hours. The Nature Center rental has a two hour minimum and a $200 refundable deposit upon approval. Time frame for all rentals must include set up and clean up time.
Lower Level West Room (Max 40 people) Located on the lower level,
Features two private restrooms. $50 Res & Non Res $100 for two hours, each additional hour is $25. Refundable deposit
Kitchen
Resident/Non-Resident: $50
Park Shelters 1, 2 or 3- Fees
Resident: $100. Non-Resident: $150
Soccer Fields
Per Game Rentals – Resident: $20. Non-Resident: $30.
Softball/Baseball Diamonds
Per Game Rentals – Resident: $20. Non-Resident: $25. Night Game with lights- $60.
Rules for your Safety: No alcoholic beverages or weapons are allowed in the park or the facilities. Golfing is prohibited. Please drive and park in designated areas only – no parking or driving on the grass failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Please obey the speed limit of 10mph. Pet owners are required to carry and use removal devices for pet waste. Keep pets on a leash. Please no ice cream vendors.
Park Watch
We need your help keeping the park clean, safe and free of vandalism. If you find any broken equipment, or have any other concerns about the facilities, please contact the park at 815-568-5126. If you see vandalism occurring in the park, please contact the police department by calling 911. The park is committed to providing a safe place for recreational activities and would prefer to enhance the quality of the parks rather then replace vandalized equipment.
