Tomorrow the main floor of the park building will be closed from 8 am to 4 pm to have the tile floors cleaned and sealed. All classes downstairs will take place but participants should enter through the west doors.

The Park District is disposing of its 2002 Ford Econoline E350 passenger van via an eBay auction at https://www.ebay.com/itm/363525521592. It has not been driven since 2016 but at the time ran well. The park will be showing Disney’s movie LUCA at around 8 pm TONIGHT behind shelter 1 by the playground. Kona Ice will be here for attendees to purchase cool refreshments from 7:30-9:00 pm. Residents of all ages are encouraged to bring a blanket and your own snack and drink (no alcohol please).

The fall session for the NEW Marengo Park District School of Dance will begin on August 30th. Sign-up is now open for Beginners, Pre-Ballet, Tap, Jazz/Hip Hop and Modern Contemporary Dance classes for ages 6 and up. Register on line at http://www.marengoparkdistrict.org.

Registration deadline for women’s softball is August 18th and for COED softball is August 20th. Belly dancing- our next session of Belly dancing starts on August 23rd with registration due by August 21st.
